Membership

Membership eligibility criteria.

Becoming a member of Investobrain SACCO is voluntary. All members enjoy equal rights at the SACCO irrespective of their background. To be a member you must:

1. Complete a membership application form
2. Provide a copy of ID or passport
3. Provide 3-coloured passport size photos
4. Make an initial non-refundable registration fee of Ksh. 1,000.
5. To be a shareholder, one must have bought a minimum of 1,000 shares at Ksh. 20 each.

Membership withdrawal: where a member wishes to withdraw from the SACCO, he/she must give a written notice of 60 days. No member shall be allowed to withdraw from the society unless all loans are paid in full and/or all loans guaranteed to other members have been secured.
